I’m a multidisciplinary experience designer passionate about crafting environments that connect, inspire, and endure.
With a background spanning experiential retail, service design, trend research, and visual storytelling, I believe design carries a profound responsibility: to enhance human lives, create emotional resonance, and honor the full journey of every environment or product we touch.
I began my creative journey merging graphic design with in-store experiences, expanding into 3D visual merchandising, strategic consumer research, and experience concept development for global brands. My passion for human-centered design was strengthened by studying Service Design at SCAD, contributing to open-source service mapping projects, and conducting academic research on guest experience behavior at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Originally from Brazil and now based in the United States, I bring a global, culturally empathetic perspective to every project I take on. I actively contribute to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, believing that the most powerful designs are those that welcome every story and every voice.
I’m passionate about where design is headed: immersive, inclusive, experiential, and human-centered. I'm excited to keep building spaces where imagination and connection thrive.
